As a lead SDET for this high-growth AI scale-up, you will possess a variety of skills that will enable you to succeed in the role. Don\’t worry if you don\’t hit all of them; you can definitely learn:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in test development
2. Minimum 2 years of experience leading a small team
3. Strong understanding of the Java language and object-oriented principles
4. Expertise in applying test practices in an agile environment
5. Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit
6. Experience testing backend systems or APIs

Bonus Points For The Below

Experience With:

1. Web services technology such as REST, JSON, or Thrift
2. Testing web applications with Selenium WebDriver
3. Big data technologies such as Hadoop, MongoDB, Kafka, or SQL
4. Network principles and protocols such as HTTP, TLS, and TCP
5. Continuous integration systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo
6. Continuous delivery concepts
