What you’ll be doing:

• Lead Development Efforts: Take charge of the front end development process, guiding the technical direction and architecture of our projects.
• Enhance Core Projects: Work on key initiatives using JavaScript, ensuring our solutions are cutting-edge, robust, and scalable.
• Collaborate and Inspire: Partner with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life, setting new standards for web development.
• Build CRO Tests: Implement Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) tests to enhance user engagement and improve key performance metrics.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Stay at the Forefront: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in front end development, ensuring our solutions remain ahead of the curve.

What you’ll have:

• Extensive experience in front end development , with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your leadership in delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in React and JavaScript , with in-depth knowledge of server-side rendering, Next.js, and modern frontend tools and libraries.
• Experience in CRO testing , including A/B testing.
• Proven leadership experience , including mentoring developers, leading technical discussions, and driving best practices.
• Strong understanding of web standards , accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills , with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually appealing, user-friendly applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, agile environment.
