Job Summary
This is an exciting new position for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with consumer goods experience to join the PowerA & Kensington European team.
This position will have responsibility for all aspects of product management leadership related to our PowerA Gaming product lines and channels.
The role requires prior sales and marketing experience in the gaming industry, with the capability of delivering deep customer-driven category and market insights and translating these into the go-to-market plan for the gaming product range, including controllers, cases, PC gaming, charging, and VR accessories.
The position will deliver an EMEA-focused product roadmap, ensuring the range is correctly positioned, delivering launch plans, demand generation (with marketing), forecasting, pricing, sales training, and customer presentations.
The role will understand local market and customer requirements and work closely with the PowerA Global Product Management and Development teams to meet these needs.
As the ‘category expert,’ this role will be aligned with the sales team, guiding them to success by identifying target areas and enabling the team to win.
Previous experience within retail and consumer goods is required. The successful candidate will deliver consumer-led business opportunities, pitch product proposals, and deliver the right products for our markets.

Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for the PowerA gaming category and products within EMEA.
- Achieve sales revenue, margin, and market share goals.
- Serve as the internal and external category + product + technical expert for gaming products.
- Partner with global product, development, and sourcing teams to convey and incorporate EMEA needs into global launch strategies.
- Work with marketing on messaging, content, packaging, web, and assets approval.
- Manage new product introduction and pricing setup to align with launch schedules.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive sales and demand.
- Build relationships with retail customers and identify business development opportunities.
- Deliver presentations, product training, and support as needed.
- Manage product lifecycle, data maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with sales and supply chain on forecasts and inventory, avoiding financial write-offs.
- Protect category margins through pricing and promotional management.
Qualifications
- Proven retail and consumer product management experience.
- Project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Experience leading projects and product launches.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and independent work ethic.
- Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Technology familiarity, current trends understanding.
- Numerical skills for data analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is advantageous.
- Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
- European language skills are desirable.
- Ambitious, flexible, eager to learn.
- Experience in Gaming or PC accessories is advantageous.
- Active gamer preferred.
