Our client, a leading full-service legal and property firm, is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Rural Property Team. The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified solicitor with up to 3 years’ PQE, and some experience handling rural properties and working with clients in the rural and agricultural sectors. The firm is also open to candidates from other practice areas who can demonstrate a genuine interest in and commitment to becoming a rural property lawyer.
The role will include:
- Providing advice to a diverse client base on a wide range of rural property-related matters.
- Handling the purchase, sale, transfer, and lease of rural properties.
- Handling business structures and succession planning.
- Developing expertise in all areas of rural property law.
The role can be based in the firm’s Edinburgh, Perth, or Forfar office.
