You love keeping up to date with the latest luxury cosmetics and skincare trends. Our teams are passionate about cross-category selling across our iconic products, sharing key benefits and features, such as our Number Advanced Genifique Serum!
You are a people person and love meeting new people, building genuine connections with customers in-store, and taking them on a personalized journey. You will deliver individual consultations, demonstrating empathy and sharing tailored recommendations. You will proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a world-class customer experience, enhancing their in-store experience with our Beauty Tech to provide unique skin recommendations.
You will be self-driven and motivated to meet individual sales targets, sometimes acting as the sole ambassador for your team. Your induction will include regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and peers. You will start with online induction modules across Retail Skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, and Fragrance, followed by a full training session at our head office in Hammersmith, London. You will attend quarterly team trainings to learn about new launches, application techniques, and try our new iconic products! You will have access to E-Learning modules for self-development, supported by our industry-leading training programs. You will be eligible to wear a Lancôme Rose of Excellence badge and attend the Golden Rose taskforce at Head Office. The future is yours! We support your progression into future management roles.
