We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Custodial, Blue Light & Government vertical within Key Accounts. This is a unique opportunity to join our team delivering security solutions to our Government Sector. The key account manager will be expected to develop new business as well as grow and protect existing customers. The position will cover the South of the UK, and other areas as required by the business.
The Key Account Manager will deliver excellent relationship management, achieving targets set by the company. You will provide outstanding customer service through structured account review processes and a customer-centric approach, understanding customer KPIs and how the company can facilitate these. You will work closely with customers and Government security teams to deliver detailed security review reports and quotations that meet customer requirements.
What we look for:
- Good technical understanding of security and life safety systems
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships through a structured approach
- Knowledge of Security and CPNI standards and experience in physical security is advantageous
- Familiarity with framework agreements and standard contract terms is preferred
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the ability to work effectively and autonomously with drive and determination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com, is advantageous
- The role requires Security Clearance to SC level, which candidates must be able to attain
