Key Account Manager

Job Title: Key Account Manager OA is currently working with a growing organization seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to provide efficient responses to quotes and queries, identify new opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. Working Conditions: Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week) 20 days holiday Free on-site parking Casual dress code Key Responsibilities: Provide quick responses to quote requests, queries, and questions from customers. Communicate via telephone with existing and lapsed clients to explore further opportunities. Build effective relationships with customers to gain insights and foster loyalty. Maintain regular communication with customers through email and telephone. Follow up on quotes and assist with any additional questions or concerns.
