Reporting to the District Manager (DM), the Store Manager (SM) is the daily manager of the store. Responsibilities and tasks can be delegated to other staff, but the Store Manager retains full responsibility for the store.

- Ensure the store is ready for customers, including seasonal changes, maintaining an attractive store concept, space management, campaign readiness, stock management, and activity areas.
- Maintain a safe and positive work environment.
Staff Readiness for Customer Service:
- Internal organization and staff planning.
- Performance in sales and service across the store.
- Recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and exit procedures.
- Manage staff attendance, turnover, and planning.
- Conduct staff training and meetings (including MYJYSK, operational boards).
- Implement effective store management and performance management practices.
- Task planning, delegation, prioritization, and follow-up.
- Ensure staff development through PDP and pipeline management.
- Optimize store operations and monitor key figures.
- Manage budgets for turnover and salaries, set goals, and control costs.
- Follow administrative routines, rules, guidelines, and systems, including MYJYSK tasks.
Additional Information:
- Contract: 40 hours/week plus additional needs of the business.
- Salary: £31,000 plus achievable bonus based on store KPIs.
