Role Overview

As a Junior Technical Project Manager, reporting to the Technical Project Manager, you will help manage data projects from initiation to completion. Working with cross-functional teams, including developers, account managers, and senior partners, you will ensure project goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline. This role is ideal for a recent graduate interested in data, project management, and agile methodologies. Training and skill development will be supported by the technical and client success teams at Plinc for this role.

As a Junior Technical Project Manager at Plinc, you will:

  • Manage and deliver software development projects on time, within scope, and budget by coordinating development teams, tracking progress, mitigating risks, maintaining documentation, and providing clear updates to senior partners using project management tools like Jira.
  • Facilitate smooth team operations by capturing key decisions, addressing issues promptly, and supporting resource management across multiple projects to optimise workload distribution and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Enhance delivery efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities while maintaining clear and consistent documentation standards.
