Our kitchen is now looking for an experienced Junior Sushi Sous Chef to join our very successful brigade as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for individuals who are extremely passionate about food and eager to learn.

Your Responsibilities:
The Junior Sushi Sous Chef must be able to assume the responsibilities of the Sushi Sous Chef in their absence. While assisting with menu planning and ordering, the primary responsibilities include managing staff and ensuring food is prepared, plated, and served properly and efficiently.
We would love you to have:
- Previous experience as a Junior Sushi Sous Chef or higher
- Experience working with similar cuisine
- Excellent English communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards
- Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
- Flexible availability, working any 4 days a week between Monday and Sunday
- Full ownership of your role
