Your new company

Your new company is a highly reputable Northern Irish Contractor based in County Down who are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client has grown from its roots as a family-owned company and has built up an excellent reputation specialising in commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors throughout Northern Ireland. Their team retains the capability to bring expertise combined with experience to deliver high levels of performance for their clients. The company is in an exciting period of growth and has several ongoing live projects. Due to this ongoing success, they are now looking to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor.

Your new role

Within your new role, you will assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor with managing several projects at a time worth up to £12m. You will work within an integral part of the business, working closely with the Operational Team, ensuring projects are delivered on programme and within budget.

What you’ll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and will be commercially and contractually aware with a good knowledge of construction processes. Experience in the build side of the construction industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
