About this role:

  • Gather and document business requirements and processes, facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
  • Analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, optimisation, and automation; analyse data to identify trends and patterns that can assist in decision making.
  • Assist in the development of test cases and conduct testing to verify that the developed solution meets the specified requirements.
  • Support change management and transformation projects, helping stakeholders adapt to new processes, systems, or organisational changes resulting from the project.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing processes and systems.

As a national organisation with clients across the UK, we require all candidates to have the flexibility and willingness to relocate post training for deployment to client site. Remote working cannot be guaranteed. You must have eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of your contract with Sparta Global (British or Irish Citizenship, EU Settled Status, or Permanent Visa Holder). We do not offer visa sponsorships or accept Graduate or PSW Visas due to time limitations.
