About this role:
- Gather and document business requirements and processes, facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, optimisation, and automation; analyse data to identify trends and patterns that can assist in decision making.
- Assist in the development of test cases and conduct testing to verify that the developed solution meets the specified requirements.
- Support change management and transformation projects, helping stakeholders adapt to new processes, systems, or organisational changes resulting from the project.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing processes and systems.

Remote working cannot be guaranteed.
