What the Role Covers:
- Ideation and delivery of creative concepts for the client.
- Maintenance of creative standards of Greenpark.
- Pro-actively supporting the creative production process flow.
Reporting and Communication Structure: This role reports to and advises the Head of Design. Day-to-day reporting and coordination with the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Closely communicate and coordinate with the client on graphic design requirements of the brand.
- Enhance the creative brief by gathering information and data through research.
- Interpret the brand’s needs and develop concepts/ideas that answer the brief’s objectives.
- Independently conceptualize visuals/concept boards/designs based on requirements through master creations or produce adaptation designs across multiple platforms/media.
- Develop graphic designs not limited to logos, flyers, brochures, illustrations, DI on images/photos, presentation templates.
- Work seamlessly with the client, copywriters, account managers, and project managers when necessary.
- Ensure all work is accurate and meets the brand guidelines in a timely manner (within deadline set).
- Present the design proposals to the client in a professional manner.
- Inspire and share with peers new creative trends and developments.
- Closely coordinate with the Greenpark creatives and accounts team on client’s requirements, brand guidelines, and possible additional scope of work.
Performance Review and Personal Development: Twice annual review by Head of Design on the basis of:
- Overall quality of creative assets as measured through internal and external feedback.
- Innovation, ideation, and pro-activeness in improving creative quality.
- Efficient delivery of creative assets.
- Quality assurance and attention to detail.
- Good relationships with other teams/units.
