Our client has a truly exceptional career opportunity for a candidate with strong Joint Venture Property Management and ideally banking sector experience to progress a career within the Operations and Finance department of a highly entrepreneurial and successful property development company.
As the Finance and Operations Officer , your role will provide exposure to the following:
- Management of the company’s joint venture projects
- Liaising with the Finance Director to monitor and maintain cash flow
- Working alongside the property finance team to assist with mezzanine and equity loans for property development
- Liaising with the Operations Manager on all finance and refinance arrangements
- Working closely with the family office for all new business opportunities
- Ad-hoc tasks delegated from the Operations Manager
You will likely be working within the banking sector and will have gained significant experience with the management of joint ventures.
