Job Description:

We are a Managed Cyber Security Provider seeking a JIRA Service Management expert to assist with configuring JIRA Service Management (Cloud). The role involves integrating tools such as Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender, setting up forms, runbooks, and the customer portal to facilitate raising and managing customer incidents.

The candidate will work with detailed runbooks and form requirements provided by us to complete the setup within JIRA.

Skills Required:

  • Experience with JIRA Service Management (Cloud)
  • Knowledge of integrations with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender
  • Ability to configure forms, runbooks, and customer portals
