Position Title: Associate

Job Summary: As an Associate, you will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences, shaping the store’s success and contributing to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Sales & Performance: Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and achieving targets.
• Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store maintenance, ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively to meet sales and operational goals, adhering to policies and safety standards.
• Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven retail experience with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude, reliability, and work ethic.
• Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Availability including mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Punctuality and regular attendance.
• Clear spoken English for effective communication.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged standing (4-14 hours per day).
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock merchandise.
• Climbing ladders or stairs as needed.
• Lifting items weighing 5-25 lbs regularly.
• Good vision, including color differentiation.

The work environment is a moderately noisy retail setting.
