Role Title: Java Spring Boot Microservices Sr. Developer

Location: London OR Edinburgh
Possibility of remote work: Candidate can work remotely, needs to be ready to work from client office once a month at least (depending on client\’s need)
Contract duration: 6 months

Required Core Skills

• Java Spring Boot
• Microservices
• Experience in Integration Patterns between services hosted in Cloud and on-prem Mainframe
• Design, Development & Implementation experience

Nice to Have Skills

Knowledge of banking domain is a plus

Details

• Experience of 7+ years in Java 8, Spring Boot & Microservices
• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java 8/Spring Boot Microservices
• Experience with test-driven development, automated test frameworks, mocking, stubbing, and unit testing tools
• Ability to understand and translate product and business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with GitLab repositories, bug tracking tools, and wikis
• Knowledge of Spring Batch, Microservices Design patterns
• Good stakeholder communication skills
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale integrations
