Your new role
- Carry out routine and ad-hoc janitorial duties in support of all on-site personnel to ensure compliance with contract conditions.
- Perform planned janitorial maintenance duties according to scheduled times and procedures, and undertake property maintenance within your competence.
- Supervise, develop, and monitor cleaning staff to maintain standards in line with contract and quality procedures.
- Maintain the safe and efficient operation of energy systems in accordance with contract conditions.
- Support and assist other sites as directed by the Lead Janitor or Facilities Manager.
What you’ll need:
- Awareness of Health & Safety issues and safe working methods.
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
- A PVG/Disclosure Check is required before starting.
