Job Description:
Division: TMS plays a key role as your trusted advisor providing steer, governance, and processes to all the other IT divisions to make the IT Transformation a reality.
The IT organization has an ambitious IT Strategy for the next 3-5 years. To meet our strategic goals, it is important to understand the gaps vs the needed workforce and ensure that relevant plans and actions are defined to enable the right people at the right time and with the right skills.
The strategic workforce planning team aims to enable this process for the IT organization.
The team offers foundation services such as expertise risk management across all IT divisions, and a standard Strategic Workforce Planning process is being defined via collaboration with HR, Cost Management, and external consultancy partners. In providing the service of Expertise Risk Management, the team works closely with Tribe/Department leads across all IT, IT division offices, and IT division heads.
We have developed a standard list of IT generic roles/families of jobs to aggregate and identify workforce gaps, and we are building an approach to IT skills. In parallel, we are also working on the selection of a Strategic Workforce Planning Tool that will help us generate and maintain workforce plans.
A Strategic Workforce Planning process systematically analyzes the current state of the workforce, makes predictions about what this workforce will need to be within a 3-year horizon, and takes proactive measures to bridge the gap between these two states.
This can lead to recruitment plans, training programs for re-skilling the current workforce, and hiring proficiencies from partners.
We are looking to enrich our team with new members who can help us in:
- Setting up a strategic workforce planning function and COE
- Delivering current services to the IT organization such as Managing Expertise Risks
- Enabling the IT organization to have its Strategic Workforce Planning and related actions.
We aim to achieve the above by demonstrating analytics, industry insights, and SWP experience to enable business performance through people performance. Influences such as technology and innovative ways of collaboration are redefining the who, what, where, and why of work.
DevOps, Cloud, AI, Data, agile, and new ways of working are all important influencers on workforce shifts. As part of the IT SWP team, you assist in ensuring that the right preparation, investment, and actions are taken to enable the human capital being internal employees, contractors, or outsourcing partners to contribute to achieving strategic objectives in a dynamic and exciting workplace.

- Be a trusted advisor on workforce transformations for the IT organization, anticipating and bringing to bear the changes to come via critical initiatives, new ways of working and transforming workforce in a future-focused and data-driven way.
- Establish effective analytics practices, turning data into insight to tell the story of workforce transformation and craft its strategic direction.

- Mentor the team towards results and be an inspiring collaborator.
- Be part of the Strategic Workforce Planning team in IT, and of a multidisciplinary and multiskilled department (ISS) with experts in Sourcing Strategy, Outsourcing, Tech vendors, Risks and Controls on IT vendors.
- Collaborate in an ecosystem of professionals which contains IT Divisions and Human Resources, IT leaders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in management, Economics, Business, Human Resources, IT, Financial controlling & Financial planning especially related to IT and IT labor costs
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (preferably 10 – 15 years) in IT, consulting, strategic workforce planning, sourcing strategy and or sourcing initiatives, IT workforce Transformation, HR ecosystem and Human Capital Management, Financial controlling, Customer Management, project management
- Data-driven, analytical problem solver with a reputation for translating promising strategies into pragmatic implementations
- Excellent, intelligent communicator, enabling you to quickly build relationships and credibility inside and outside of our organization
- Able to rationalize sophisticated information to make it understandable for others to work with
- A standout colleague who is relationship-focused and keen on sharing knowledge and inspiring others in an international company context
- Ability to work closely in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of IT skills and competencies, with an understanding of emerging technologies
