Job Description:

I am currently looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist to join a SME within the wealth/asset management industry. This company has experienced significant success and is currently undergoing an acquisition phase within their compliance department.

This is a stand-alone role requiring a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Compliance Analyst or Manager, preferably with a background in asset management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the investment compliance sector of the business
• Develop regulatory compliance policies and procedures
• Advise on regulatory issues
• Provide second-line challenge and oversee the investment team
• Lead and manage projects
• Identify ways to improve the business and provide guidance
• Report directly to the CEO
