Position: Investment Banking Associate – Industrials & Business Services

Location: London

Our client, a leading mid-market Investment Bank, is looking for an IB Associate to join their Industrials & Business Services team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support client engagements.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations and pitch materials.
• Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
• Perform industry research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to develop client relationships and manage transaction processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, preferably within the Industrials & Business Services sectors.
• Previous experience with M&A, ECM, Corporate Broking, Coverage.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
