Broadgate are proud to be partnered with a prestigious FTSE 250 investment firm based in London. The role of the Investment Accounting team is to support the wider Finance function by taking responsibility for the accurate and timely input to, and verification of investment data within the portfolio accounting system.

The role is paying £55,000 – £60,000 + bonus and offers flexible working.

About the Role:

• Daily trade input – includes equities and derivatives (options, futures, forwards etc)
• Input daily cash flow movements
• Manage administration with private funds held – calls/distributions and valuations
• Review and input valuations for externally managed funds
• Oversee pricing of derivatives on a daily basis
• Production of monthly investment reconciliation packs for the portfolio
• Month end reporting on private fund performance
• Assist with the preparation of interim and annual financial statements

About You:

• Excellent attention to detail is a must for this role
• An investigative approach to accounting to ensure accuracy
• Prior exposure to a range of investments, with interest to develop that knowledge
• Highly competent in Excel
