Interim Technical Manager

Great new contract for an Interim Technical Manager to start ASAP. This role sits within IR35.

This is for a 3 month contract working on site for a well-known food factory in fresh produce.

This client is a multi-site business, looking for someone who can manage a small team and hit the ground running from day one. Our client supplies high quality products to their customers, and they are looking for someone with experience in fast-paced food manufacturing and ideally someone with high risk experience.

This is a business that expects the highest technical standards of food safety and compliance. You will consult with the customer, working in partnership, advising on regulatory standards and driving technical innovation.

As the Technical Manager, you will be the go-to for all technical queries and will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure that your team is working together to hit the company\’s KPIs and ensuring products are leaving the factory on time.

This is a large company that will see you have many other interim opportunities if you are able to hit the ground running and drive the technical team to achieve their goals.

You will need the ability to manage a team and motivate them to get the job done as efficiently as possible.

Ideally, I am looking for someone who is ready to start their next contract immediately and has a vast knowledge of the food industry and retailer standards.
