A leading UK-wide health education charity is seeking an interim Media and Communications Manager to support the Marketing and Communications Director in formulating and embedding the 2017 media strategy. This charity aims to educate the public about the harms of substance misuse.

As the Interim Media and Communications Manager, you will promote the charity's work across the UK, handling media, PR, stakeholder engagement, internal communications, and managing a team of two. The role is initially for three months, requiring experience in a proactive, national environment, along with line management and communication strategy development. Experience in public health is advantageous but not essential.

Due to the busy period for the charity, they are looking to appoint as soon as possible. Part-time candidates will also be considered.
