Interim HR Consultant Role
- Line manage a large HR team
- Partner with the CPO on strategic activities

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement change management strategies, including embedding new structures and cultural shifts
- Manage the exit process of senior members of the organisation
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience operating at a strategic senior level
- Experience managing large HR teams
- Experience in change management, including post-merger integration and cost-saving activities
