The successful candidate will support senior leadership and ensure smooth financial reporting and management processes, oversee financial functions, and implement effective financial operations. Key Responsibilities Lead production of monthly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Generate financial reports, monitor accounts, and support financial forecasting and strategy. Present financial updates to the Financial Audit Committee and Board. Assist in developing budgets and cash flow forecasts. Review monthly accounts, including balance sheets and reconciliations. Manage VAT compliance and statutory accounts for audit. Act as main contact for external partners such as banks, HMRC, and auditors. Manage Strategic Reserves and Investments. About You Full or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA professional. Proven experience in financial accounting, management accounts, cash flow, VAT, and audits. Strong attention to detail and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of charity accounting (SORP), managing funds, and trading subsidiaries. Experience with project accounting, investment management, Power BI, VAT issues, and Charity Tax Relief is advantageous. Salary: c£50,000 FTE, plus hybrid working.
