The firm’s Family Law Team is expanding and is currently recruiting a Lawyer to join on a temporary basis. The position will be FTC for an initial period of 3 months. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Family Law and will be involved in all aspects of family law including divorce, child custody, cohabitation agreements, civil partnerships, and mediation, with regular court appearances in Glasgow and Hamilton. The team is keen to speak with individuals at the 3-5 years’ PQE level who possess extensive knowledge and experience in this area. While the preference is for full-time candidates, the firm is also open to part-time applicants. Currently, the firm operates a hybrid working policy, requiring office attendance on Wednesdays but allowing remote work on other days.
