Key responsibilities include:

• Work collaboratively with a number of communications agencies as well as internal staff
• Communicate key messages to external stakeholders
• Lead on the organisation\’s reactive and proactive PR activity, managing PR agencies
• Utilise a variety of key channels including publications, email, web content, and social media
• Build strong relationships with London retailers to create well-coordinated campaigns

Desired experience includes:

• A minimum of 5 years professional experience in Communications, preferably within the Retail, Tourism, or Property sector
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A proven track record in proactive and reactive PR, including crisis management
• Experience communicating across digital channels including web, social media, and email
