My client is looking for a specialist Asset Manager to join them for a 6 month period managing one of their large multi-let estates.
In this role your focus will be to develop and implement sustainable asset management strategies.
As the key point of contact, you’ll handle all management issues and be responsible for creating business plans and strategies for each asset, along with managing day-to-day tasks such as new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, lease expiries, surrenders, and forfeitures. You’ll also be expected to establish strong relationships with third-party service providers, including letting agents, solicitors, property managers, and building surveyors.
You will be required to do site visits, so access to a car is essential. However, the client is flexible and open to discussing what works best for you. They would even consider someone on more of a part time basis.
You don’t need to be MRICS-qualified; relevant experience is what matters most.
