Intelligent Automation Analyst - Digital & Emerging Technologies - Technology Consulting - Belfast

The opportunity

We are currently looking for talented Senior Consultants who are seeking a challenge and who are highly competent in Intelligent Automation (IA) to join our team and build on continued success on a global scale.

Your key responsibilities

1. Intelligent Automation Solution design
2. Designing, building, deploying and managing automation solutions using industry leading software like Blue Prism and UiPath as well as solutions built using other technologies such as Python.
3. Engaging with clients at all levels across the organisation both business & technology functions
4. Nurturing long-term trusted advisor relationships
5. Training and managing junior staff and client staff, including quality assurance of client deliverables
6. Sensitively responding to client requirements and providing subject matter expertise
7. A pragmatic adaptable problem solver that embraces the challenge of defining innovative solutions to unique problems
8. Dedicated, quick learner that continuously builds capability in own skill set and can master key technical, functional and professional skills.
9. Proficient in: written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
10. Interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills
11. Comfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies

Key requirements

1. As a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or related fields
2. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in the area of Intelligent Automation
3. Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Office tools, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and/or other relevant tools
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insights
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
6. Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
