Role Overview

The Integrated Performance Planning Director will lead digital strategy and planning across multiple platforms, including Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, and Retail Media. They will be responsible for creating comprehensive media plans, engaging with stakeholders, and driving innovation through AI-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver cross-channel media plans aligned with client objectives.
2. Lead planning discussions with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.
3. Collaborate with technology partners to incorporate the latest tools and innovations.
4. Manage and develop the planning team, fostering career growth and knowledge sharing.
5. Ensure the adoption of proprietary and third-party tools within planning and reporting phases.
6. Create benchmarks and analyses to inform campaign measurement and improvement.
7. Support business development through new business support and award submissions.

Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in digital media planning and strategy across multiple platforms.
• Strong client servicing and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Certification in relevant platforms and tools.
