We are working with one of the Big 4 consulting firms, deeply embedded in Insurance organizations globally, in their search for a Senior Manager. This leadership role involves developing and delivering large-scale transformation projects within the Insurance sector.

We seek Insurance SMEs with strong client relationships and proven delivery experience. Key responsibilities include solution development, enhancing existing solutions, and developing new ones, with a focus on Transformation Leadership and Operational Excellence. The role also involves bid management, pitching, and managing teams.

Coaching and developing teams on high-profile engagements will support personal growth. The organizations\’ digital transformation is focused on scalable growth.

• Prior Insurance experience (SME)
• Experience leading complex insurance digital transformation projects
• Applying agile methodologies, lean, operating model design, and change management (technology or digital change)
• Ability to present to C-Level decision makers
• Experience managing and mentoring staff, supporting their development
