We are hiring: Insurance Advisor
Join our growing New Business Team at Highworth Insurance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your experience and career in High-net-worth and Non-Standard Insurance. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and working closely with introducers and Directors to achieve objectives.
About you:
- Experience in developing and building relationships within the Insurance sector
- A passion for excellent customer service and acquiring new clients
- Experience in negotiating terms and premiums with insurers
- Tenacious with a business curiosity to identify and explore opportunities
- Willing to learn, as every day will be different
- Consultative, able to question effectively, active listener, understanding client needs, and advising on suitable products and solutions
