Job Description:

Overview

Key Duties (including but not limited to):

1. Work with insurance clients and contribute to the delivery of solutions and value added advice on complex accounting issues, such as support on IFRS 17/9 implementation.
2. Responsible for engagement planning and management on a day-to-day basis including assessment of engagement risks, undertaking analyses, and delivering and documenting conclusions.
3. Act as the day-to-day lead on client engagement, managing small teams when required.

Qualifications required:

1. Minimum criteria you will need is a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA).

Experience required:

1. Strong technical accounting experience in the insurance sector.
2. Experience in technical accounting and delivery of finance change programmes for insurance companies.
