The institutional sales desk covers a variety of different products across repo, money markets, EM rates (Asia cash plus cleared rates), and FX. Exciting opportunity to join a growing ambitious sales desk at a leading Asian bank, covering institutional clients across real money, HFs, and official institutions.
Assist senior sales people on the regional coverage model which extends to the UK, Europe, Middle East, and select geographies in the Americas. We are looking for a team player who is intellectually stimulated and ready to be held accountable on a results-driven sales team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a meticulous eye for detail who possesses a risk and control lens and seeks to obtain the best client outcomes aligned with the bank’s risk appetite.

Role and Responsibility:
- Junior institutional sales person with prior flow sales experience (repo, sec lending, FX or rates), someone that is curious, focused, proactive, and keen.
- An independent self-starter that is motivated to help us build and expand an institutional flow platform and hungry to expand its new initiatives (Carbon).
- Being comfortable with EM FICC products and possessing a good understanding of cross currency and FX basis is a plus.
- Eager to roll up the sleeves and answer money market requests, FX enquiries, and help develop our flow repo offering.
