Installations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Assist site teams in delivering project Quality standards.
2. Support the setup of new sites.
3. Supervise, coordinate, and monitor subcontractors, material suppliers, and providers.
4. Progress and report on assigned tasks.
5. Complete Installation Q.C paperwork and maintain Installation Records.
6. Identify snag works for installation teams to complete.
7. Complete Material Requisition sheets and/or NCRs.
8. Follow Heron Standards for Health and Safety on site.
9. Develop and maintain Safe Systems of Work to ensure best practices and continual improvement.
10. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors, head office, and the general workforce involved in the project.
11. Communicate with clients and their representatives, including attending meetings as required.
12. Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental controls on site.
13. Work towards achieving commercial performance targets.
14. Report trends in remedial works and snagging issues.
15. Utilize nominated IT software packages.
16. Report incidents, delays, defects, and problems immediately to the Project/Contracts Manager.
17. Proactively solve problems as part of the Heron Bros Ltd project team.
18. Contribute to improving monthly project KPIs.
19. Participate in site surveys as required.
20. Collaborate with the remedial team, site managers, and contracts manager to ensure timely capture and closure of remedials and snags.
21. Represent and uphold an excellent Public Relations image of HJ to clients, design teams, the public, and within HJ.
22. Undertake any other tasks as directed by the Contracts Manager or senior management.

Experience:

1. At least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
2. Experience working with subcontractors and site teams.
3. Strong IT skills and experience with a range of IT packages.
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
