Job Title: Insolvency Manager

Leading Insolvency Specialist in the heart of Leeds is seeking to add an Insolvency Manager to their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a mixed portfolio of insolvency cases including CVLs, MVLs, Compulsory Liquidations, and Bankruptcies.
2. Act as the lead on assigned jobs.
3. Liaise with Directors both pre and post appointment.
4. Coordinate with Solicitors for legal advice on issues such as wrongful trading and other transactions.
5. Respond promptly to formal communications.
6. Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders.
7. Monitor work in progress and costs to ensure they align with the budget.
8. Allocate costs appropriately.
9. Identify risk issues and escalate them to management.

From the outset, you will have the opportunity to assist with the firm’s marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in Insolvency, with experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level.
• Previous experience working on Liquidations is essential.
• Qualifications such as CPI and/or JIEB would be advantageous.
