Insolvency Specialist – Assistant Manager
This Insolvency Specialist role is based in their established Bristol office and offers an exciting opportunity for strategic growth.
In this position, you will manage a portfolio of complex cases, supporting the Senior Management team. You will also oversee up to 3 staff members, providing on-the-job training and guidance. Your main duties will include:
- Acting as the lead on assigned jobs
- Liaising with Directors before and after appointments
- Collaborating with Solicitors for legal advice on issues like wrongful trading and antecedent transactions
- Responding promptly to formal communications
- Attending meetings with creditors and shareholders
- Preparing statements of affairs and estimated outcome statements
- Monitoring work-in-progress and costs to ensure they stay within budget
- Allocating costs appropriately
- Identifying risk issues and communicating them to management
From the start, you will have opportunities to contribute to the firm\’s marketing activities. As you develop in the role, your responsibilities will shift towards more delegation, preparing you for a move into management.
Applicants should have a proven track record in Corporate Insolvency, with previous experience in Administrations and Liquidations being essential. Holding the CPI qualification would be advantageous.
