Job Description:

Our client, a Digital Health Charity, is seeking a strong Insights Manager to join their team in London. The initial contract is for 12 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

The role requires at least 1 day per week in the London office; it is not fully remote.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quantitative and qualitative research across digital products, including apps and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with the UX team and produce insight reports to support the product team in developing and refining digital products. Additionally, you will be expected to generate written content based on research findings.

The role demands a data-driven individual capable of recommending further research projects and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
