Join our client as a Sales Floor Manager in London, a role that offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team within an industry-leading company. What are we looking for?

  • We seek a confident, hands-on Sales Floor Manager with a proven track record.
  • You should have experience managing a sales or customer service team, ideally in an outbound, telephone-based environment.
  • Experience in B2B sales is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive approach to coaching, pipeline management, campaign planning, and revenue generation is essential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, training, coaching, and managing a telesales team of up to 15 individuals.
  • Developing and managing the CRM system to optimize data and leads.
  • Providing regular sales figures and MI reports.
  • Walking the sales floor to drive activity, performance, and KPIs.
  • Manipulating sales data to maximize opportunities.
  • Managing campaigns and continuously seeking to improve sales performance through active monitoring of leads, conversions, and sales.
  • Introducing incentives to motivate the team.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience managing a telephone-based sales department.
  • Ability to build, manage, and drive sales performance in a targeted, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to liaise with all levels up to Directors.
  • A consultative sales approach.
