Responsibilities

About the team:

Our Infrastructure Finance business, with teams based in Paris, London, Madrid, Milan, Hong Kong, Sydney, and New York, provides advisory services and financing solutions across various infrastructure sectors including transportation, networks, water, waste, energy transition, energy services, core plus/value add infra, social infrastructure, and PPPs.

We work closely with other lines such as DCM, Coverage, ESG, to offer tailored solutions for our clients. With a strong existing client base, we are experiencing increased deal flow and aim to expand further.

Role Summary:

We seek a VP to lead deal execution, develop personal networks, and originate new business, collaborating with London and international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transaction Leadership: Lead or assist in managing and executing deals to successful outcomes.
  2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with Infrastructure Finance clients and borrowers in EMEA.
  3. Capital Solutions: Identify client needs for raising and managing capital.
  4. Internal Representation: Represent the business line internally, providing top-tier advisory and services.

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Client Coverage: Address client needs in loan and bond markets, focusing on infrastructure sectors across EMEA.
  2. Business Development: Win mandates by understanding sector developments, identifying opportunities, and preparing pitches.
  3. Mandate Support: Support mandate execution, develop relationships, lead smaller teams, and assist with larger transactions, including all aspects from credit analysis to documentation.
  4. Strategy Development: Enhance advisory and product offerings, foster cross-selling, and develop client networks.
  5. Internal Collaboration: Engage with other teams for service excellence, compliance, and credit approval processes.

Candidate Profile:

Required experience in credit solutions within infrastructure, understanding of markets and instruments, strong financial and risk management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, client focus, and compliance adherence.
