We are looking for an IT Coordinator to join our Business Systems team, based in our London support office. Reporting to the Head of IT (UK), the IT Coordinator will support the IT team with end user support, administration tasks, and creating and maintaining knowledge-based articles. The role will be based in our Support Office in Fitzrovia and the successful candidate will be passionate about all things IT, food, and beverage.
Main Duties
- Provide end user support for Azumi staff on Windows and Apple devices
- Log and report IT incidents and problems via an ITSM tool
- Communicate with stakeholders about IT incidents and requests
- Assist in managing user accounts, access permissions, and IT security policies
- Complete proactive on-site checks in restaurants of IT equipment
