Your new role:

  • Assist in the maintenance and generation of reports
  • Graphic creation for Project Profiles
  • Utilise the internal Image Library in order to tag and classify photos
  • Independent management of book and materials databases
  • Re-shelving materials
  • Purchase and classification of technical resources
  • Arrange inductions for new library users

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Reliable with strong attention to detail and accuracy in information and data
  • Good communicator and team player, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal colleagues and external suppliers, handle queries confidently and competently
  • Interest or previous experience in architecture and the built environment is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications would be advantageous
