Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager (UK)
We\’re seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager based in UK to lead and scale our influencer campaigns across platforms. This role combines strategy, hands-on execution, and creator relationship management—ideal for someone fluent in digital culture, results-driven marketing, and local as well as international creator ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage influencer campaigns from outreach to post-campaign reporting
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop campaign briefs, negotiate collaborations, and ensure timely delivery of content
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement, reach, and ROI
- Work closely with content, PR, and paid media teams to align on messaging and objectives
- Stay current on influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators—especially within the European market
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships
- In-depth understanding of the influencer landscape and major platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Proven experience running campaigns end-to-end with measurable impact
- Based in UK and fluent in English
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with global teams
