Working alongside the Team Manager, the Individual Giving Campaign Lead will lead on the strategy and delivery of key fundraising propositions and campaigns in the team and across the Innovation, Income and Engagement teams, primarily the flagship campaigns the Great Daffodil Appeal and Christmas.
The role is varied and would suit someone who enjoys working flexibly, excels in stakeholder management and who can move seamlessly between disciplined project management and a creative approach to innovation.
You will be responsible for:
- Project management of and co-ordination of the programs that sit within each campaign.
- Monitoring of project & product performance and creating progress reports.
- Support on development of Campaign strategies, working alongside the Individual Giving Manager – Appeals and the Head of Mass Fundraising.
- Ensure that Campaign strategy is set out and clearly communicated. Work with other teams, notably the Regional Campaigns teams, National Events, Regional Fundraising, Retail and P&P to ensure they contribute to the timelines and are clear on their deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to proactively identify and resolve specific product or campaign challenges.
Key Criteria:
- Substantial experience working in a project management role organizing campaigns and events. Previous experience with fundraising or the charity sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Experience with strategic planning and implementation within an organization and providing recommendations to senior management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and administrative skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence teams who have other priorities.
- Experience creating, managing and monitoring budgets.

Based: These roles are predominantly home-based and can be based anywhere within the UK. You will be expected to travel to our London office approximately once a month or 2-3 times a week if London Weighting is applicable.
