Job Description:
Inbound Sales Advisors based in Loughborough will take calls from customers interested in purchasing tech products. You can expect to handle between 40-50 calls daily, understanding customer needs, closing sales, building the customer basket (including services), and guiding customers through the full sales journey.
Full Time Training: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30, starting 14th April 2025. Must be able to commit to full-time training.
Hours of work include:
- Saturday and Sunday 09:00 – 17:30
- 4 hours Monday through Friday
Job Role:
- Managing inbound calls from clients/customers.
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets.
- Exploring customer needs and offering suitable products from the website.
- Guiding customers through the sales process while keeping them informed.
- Building long-term customer relationships.
- Providing a top-tier customer experience.
- Maximizing upselling opportunities while offering informed choices.
- Uncapped commission structure.
Key Skills:
- Commitment to excellent service.
- Customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Driven to exceed sales targets.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Passion for customer service and technology.
- Previous sales experience is desirable.
- IT literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
This role requires a Clean DBS check; applicants must support the process.
