Your company is a specialist insurer within the Lloyd’s of London market. They are based near the Gherkin in the City of London and specialise in a range of different industries including marine, aviation and media. The company offers a generous hybrid policy where you would only work in the office twice a week.

Your new role

You will be leading the IBA Credit Control team and reporting to the Finance Manager. Your duties will include:

  • Liaising with other insurance providers to discuss policies and payments.
  • Supervising the IBA team of 5.
  • Reporting to all divisions about monthly unallocated cash, aged debt and brokerage in doubt.

What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed in your application, you will need experience working within the Lloyd’s of London market or another insurance syndicate. You will be familiar with CASS rules and have prior experience of managing a team.
