Are you ready to elevate your HR career to the next level? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CIPD HR Business Partner to join our forward-thinking team.

Job Role: HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner)
Salary: £48,000 – £50,000
Location: Leicester – Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively account manage a portfolio of clients; to ensure compliance and determine their HR operational and strategic needs, delivering services in line with agreed SLA’s as a Human Resources business partner.
  • Provide ER and HR related advice to clients; ensuring the advice offers best practice and commercially practical solutions, whilst explaining the risks and liabilities with associated solutions.
  • Grow the client base in both value and profitability of delivery as a HRBP.
  • Undertake ad-hoc HR consultancy work on site or remotely as directed as a Human Resources business partner.
  • Participate in the out of hours telephone advice line service offered to clients, working on a rota basis.
  • Support the business development team by identifying opportunities for additional services as a Human Resources business partner.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • CIPD qualified with a strong background in HR management as Human Resources business partner.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as a Human Resources business partner.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Happy to travel 1-2 days a week at the most (Occasional overnight stay).
