HR Shared Services Administrator
Contract: Fixed-term, 12 months

Our client is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Administrator to join their team in Glasgow. The role offers a hybrid working model (2 days in the office per week). You will support UK HR operations and contribute to processes across the wider EMEA region. Working collaboratively, you will deliver high-quality support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Lifecycle Support:
  2. Accurately administer employment changes, ensuring proper authorization and updates across HR systems and records.
  3. Manage employee benefits, including updates to the UK Flexible Benefits system.
  4. Complete employment verification requests and oversee probation processes.
  5. Administer absence and family leave policies using the MyHR system.
  1. Onboarding & Offboarding:
  2. Partner with Resourcing to ensure seamless onboarding.
  3. Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  4. Process leaver information and liaise with employees and managers regarding holiday calculations for payroll.
  5. Maintain accurate data in MyHR (Oracle), including new starters and transfers.
  6. Liaise with third-party providers for pre-employment checks and immigration documentation.
  1. Payroll Preparation:
  2. Maintain the payroll input tracker for timely processing of starters, leavers, and benefits.
  1. Wider HR Team Support:
  2. Assist with procurement, vendor management, and cyclical activities.
  3. Support Reward and HRIS teams with UAT (user acceptance testing).
  4. Provide admin support for Talent & Development and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

About You:

  • Experience in HR administration, with knowledge of the full employee lifecycle.
  • Confident communicator who can explain policies clearly.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HR systems, especially Oracle, is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable to change.
  • Passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.
