This organisation is looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience in HR and Recruitment. You will handle end-to-end recruitment and general HR admin duties. The role requires working in a busy environment and prioritising workload, as it is a standalone position. You will report to the Finance Director and receive support from external HR consultants.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?
This role reports to the Finance Director and involves duties such as:
- Managing all stages of recruitment (end to end)
- Collaborating with senior staff on posts
- Creating high-quality job adverts
- Requesting references
- Coordinating return-to-work administration
- Monitoring absence
- Updating contract details
- Managing and producing staff collection sheets
- Booking training courses
- Processing offer letters
- Keeping HRIS updated
- Advising colleagues on HR policies & procedures
- Taking minutes at ER meetings
- Checking payroll
What experience do you need?
- CIPD Level 3 (advantage)
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR
- Knowledge of GDPR legislation
- End-to-end recruitment experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working in a busy environment
- Ability to manage own workload
- High level of confidentiality
- Payroll administration (advantage)
